1. Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through our forms — name, brand name, email, mobile number, and any financial or marketplace data you share when engaging our services, including data from marketplace and payment gateway accounts you connect to us for reconciliation and bookkeeping.
2. How we use it
Information is used to deliver bookkeeping, reconciliation, compliance and advisory services, to respond to consultation requests, and to improve our cost estimation tools. We do not sell client data.
3. Data storage & security
Financial data is stored on access-controlled systems with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the engagement team assigned to your account.
4. Third-party sharing
We may share data with marketplace APIs, banking partners, and government portals strictly as required to deliver reconciliation and filing services, under applicable confidentiality obligations.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@ecomca.in, subject to statutory record-retention requirements applicable to accounting engagements.
Terms of Service

1. Scope of engagement
Services are provided under a signed engagement letter specifying scope, deliverables and fees. Figures shown on the Cost Calculator are indicative estimates, not binding quotes, until confirmed in writing.
2. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate access to marketplace, banking and payment gateway data required to complete bookkeeping and reconciliation work within agreed timelines.
3. Fees & billing
Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Add-on modules and one-time engagements (audits, diligence packs) are billed as specified in the engagement letter.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding fees for work completed remain payable.
5. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Estimates of "revenue leaks prevented," retainer costs, or compliance outcomes shown on this site are illustrative, based on typical marketplace patterns, and do not constitute a guarantee of recovery or savings for any specific business.
3. Statutory filings
GST, TDS and other statutory filings remain the legal responsibility of the client entity. We act as preparer and advisor based on data provided; final approval and filing authorization rests with the client.
4. Regulatory changes
